CHARACTER. PRESERVATION. It’s homes like this that remind us why we love what we do! Originally built in the 1930’s, and once transported down the road in the middle of the night, this home was thoughtfully transformed while maintaining the character that has made it special for generations.

The Graber Co team was proud to serve as the General Contractor for this project, working with the designer to bring the homeowner’s vision to life.

Every detail was considered. Every usable piece was saved. Hours were spent hand-restoring the original windows. The home was carefully raised so a strong foundation could be laid. Details were exposed, reinforced, and given new life. As you walk through the finished product, the time and attention poured into this home are evident in every corner.

Homes like this take a village to restore; but when they are done right the end result is the perfect balance between old and new.
